Congratulations to Cook County for being selected as the Chamber's STAR Member of the Week for the week of August 17th presented by the Small Business Development Committee.  They are located at 1200 S Hutchinson Avenue in Adel.  The Cook County Administration office houses several departments including Building & Zoning, Elections, and County Administration among others. In addition, the County includes other departments such as E-911, Coroner, Tax Commissioner, Public Transportation, Extension Service, Probate & Magistrate Courts, and Health Department to name a few.  The County Commissioners work in conjunction with multiple agencies to maintain a safe road ways, fire protection, and provide up to date emergency medical services to the residents of Cook County.  We encourage citizens to stay informed by attending monthly Board of Commissioners meeting held on the 1^st and 3^rd Mondays at the County Administration Building.  For more information, contact 896-2266 or visit www.cookcountyga.us.
