CHAMBER RECOGNIZES STAR MEMBER OF THE WEEK

  

Reed Bingham State Park

Congratulations to Reed Bingham State Park for being selected as the Chamber's STAR Member of the Week for the week of July 13th presented by the Small Business Development Committee. They are located at 542 Reed Bingham Road in Adel. The State Park is open year round and welcomes guests from all over the United States and beyond. Reed Bingham has 46 campsites for RVs, campers, and tents and offers amenities such as restrooms, showers, laundry facilities and more. In addition to campsites, guests can enjoy the 375 acre lake that is a major boating and waterskiing attraction in South Georgia. Most recently, the State Park has become a popular destination for avid kayakers and canoeing. Park Manager Wayne Fuller and his staff take pride in preserving the parks natural environment and hosts many classes, tours, and wildlife observation opportunities throughout the year. A few of the most popular attractions are the Coastal Plain Nature Trail, Playground, Mini Golf, Bicycle Rentals, Picnic Shelters Rentals, Swimming Beach, Fishing, and the famous Gopher Tortoise Habitat & Nature Trail.
